In my free time, I absolutely love to cook. I make the most out of my small Chicago kitchen by creating (and sharing) a variety of my favorite recipes. I’ve bounced between vegan, vegetarian and pescetarian for the better part of the past decade, so many of the recipes on my site will fall into those three categories. I like to cook smaller recipes with one or two servings since I live alone, so many of the things I share have smaller portion sizes. I have a huge sweet tooth and love mixing up a good cocktail on the weekend. Cheers!
