Hello new Flagstaff apartment!

October 5, 2021 March 17, 2024 Randi627 views

Update your address books! We moved!

Look at that cabinet space!

I mentioned it in my last post, but Ryan and I have a braaaand new apartment!

I’d originally planned on re-leasing my old apartment for the foreseeable future, but… plans change.

My shitty old property management group tried hiking my rent by like $350 a month (um, no) and also wouldn’t allow me to add Yukon to my lease.

So… Ryan and I started apartment shopping.

We ended up at a really cute apartment complex across the street from our favorite city park.

Our new apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is a true master bedroom with two closets and an en-suite bathroom, and the other bedroom is the perfect size for a two-person desk and a pull-out couch for guests.

We have a large living room with vaulted ceilings and a spacious kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

We even have a small fenced-in yard for Yukon!

All the buildings in this complex were designed as duplexes, so we don’t have upstairs or downstairs neighbors, and we only share one wall with a neighboring unit. It actually feels like we’re living in a little house.

Our front porch also has an incredible view of the San Francisco Peaks.

So, stay tuned to see how we decorate this space and make it our own! We’re both already excited to have space to host friends, guests and visitors for the foreseeable future.
