I was never a big home chef when I lived in Chicago, but now that I live in a town that isn’t exactly known for its food scene, I’ve come to love cooking.

Ryan and I eat a mostly vegetarian/ somewhat pescetarian diet with a heavy focus on fresh produce and grains. We love salads, soups, homemade pizza and grain bowls.

With that said… we’re big on moderation! I’m also an avid home baker and I love to whip up cakes, cookies and various breads and baked goods.
