Papaya, mango, coconut and carrot smoothie

May 23, 2024 May 20, 2024 Randi822 views

You ever just find yourself hyper-fixating on a food?

I do this all the time. If I find a recipe that’s easy, healthy, delicious and relatively affordable, I will make it over and over and over again until I am sick of it and can never eat it again.

My latest hyper-fixation recipe is this really easy tropical orange smoothie that’s loaded with antioxidants and flavor!

I’ve made this smoothie for breakfast every day this past week.

The banana makes the entire smoothie creamy without needing a milk or yogurt base, and the lime and papaya work so well together, and the carrot and mango sweeten the smoothie up enough that you don’t need to add any artificial sweetener at all.

Plus, the ingredients blend together like a dream without any clumps, lumps, seeds or grainy bits.

So much fruit.

This recipe makes 1-2 servings, depending on serving size.

・・・

INGREDIENTS:

Quick note: These measurements are estimations. You can add more or less of each ingredient to taste.

  • 1 cup coconut water (ensure it’s unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • Juice from half a lime
  • Handful of frozen papaya
  • Handful of frozen mango
  • 1 small banana (room temp or cold)
PROCESS:

Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth!

・・・

Enjoy!
